REA Group is today applauding its Property Manager customers across the country on National Property Managers Day.
The Real Estate Institute of NSW originally established the initiative to celebrate the extraordinary efforts of Property Managers in 2020.
With the support of other state and territory real estate institutes, over the last three years the day has evolved to be a true national celebration of property managers who play a significant role in Australia’s real estate industry.
“Property managers have a huge impact on the lives of so many Australians, whether it’s helping tenants find a home, or managing an investment for an owner,” REA Group Chief Customer Officer, Kul Singh commented.
“We know around 6.5 million people across the country currently rent, which equates to around 30 per cent of our adult population.
“And in addition, there are about 3 million property investors across Australia.
“REA threw its support behind National Property Managers Day when it was first established, and we’re pleased to continue our association.
“We proudly recognise the outstanding effort of all our customers, and they should be particularly proud of their achievements throughout what has been a challenging period for the rental market.
“Ryan Mitchell from Raine & Horne Kurri Kurri took home the Property Manager of the Year award at this year’s AREAs and is a prime example of going above and beyond for owners and tenants.”
realestate.com.au is the number 1 property site for renters in Australia and REA is focused on seamlessly connecting property managers, tenants, and owners.
“We have implemented significant enhancements for our property manager customers over the last 12 months including Rental Applications in Ignite, the expansion of Connect and the launch of our wellbeing hub, Prosper.
“We consistently look to add more customer value, and we’re looking forward to what’s to come,” Mr Singh concluded.
