REA Group announces Benny Button partnership for customers

A new wellbeing webinar series designed to help agents cope with pandemic-induced stress and consistent market disruption has been launched.

REA Group has partnered with workplace mental health assistance provider Benny Button to develop the three-part webinar series, which focuses on wellbeing fundamentals, stress mastery and leading innovation.

REA Group Chief Sales Officer Kul Singh said the series would be open to REA customers across the country as part of the group’s dedication to supporting its people and customers throughout the pandemic.

“Consistent disruption to the market and our lives has undoubtably caused stress among our people and customers over the last 18 months,” Mr Singh said.

“To date, REA has primarily supported customers through measures designed to relieve financial pressure and we’re proud to now broaden this with a focused wellbeing offering.

“REA worked with Benny Button on a well-received initiative for our employees last year and the new webinar series will provide our customers with practical tools for improved wellbeing and mental health in life and work.”

Benny Button is a mental health-orientated service that focuses on performance psychology, wellbeing science, workplace culture and engagement through health-tech and experiential offerings.

Co-founder and director, Troy Mansell explained the strategies used to approach self-care and the way we respond to stress has never been more important.

“Benny Button’s progressive approach to wellbeing and stress mastery is helping people and organisations navigate their way through the pandemic and in doing so, unlocking the potential for innovation and growth,” Mr Mansell said.

The wellbeing webinar series for REA Group customers will start on 8 September and be delivered over five weeks.
