RE/MAX continues its push into Upper North Shore market

RE/MAX Lead has opened in Roseville, New South Wales this week under the ownership of experienced business operators Tom Leng and Carrie Chen.

Mr Leng and Ms Chen have grown a solid client base and investor network which has brought them repeat and referral business since 2009 when they established the independent property consultancy, Witz Holdings, and five years later the successful property management consultancy, Estar.

With both of these companies now reaching maturity, Mr Leng and Ms Chen chose to partner with a global real estate brand and open RE/MAX Lead in a merging of Witz Holdings and Estar.

“Our point of difference is in the merging of our skill sets, expertise and knowledge, and clients will recognise RE/MAX Lead as an atypical real estate agency because of this,” Mr Leng explained.

“My mortgage and finance background coupled with Carrie’s accounting and finance background gives us a unique advantage in how we assist our clients,” he said.

Ms Chen noted joining RE/MAX allowed the business to cater to a broad market locally and overseas.
