Alex Jordan, Adrian Oddi and Chelsea Pottenger all spoke at the event offering their unique insights.

The Announcement:

RE/MAX Australia held its inaugural Diamond Event at the Calile Hotel, Fortitude Valley, on 21st April, with invitations extended exclusively to the network’s 24 Diamond, seven Double Diamond and sole Triple Diamond achievers.

Managing Director, Joel Davoren, said he introduced the event to provide an opportunity to foster sharing and collaboration among the elite group.

“It is vitally important to recognise these people in a way that supports them becoming even greater agents,” he said. “The needs of a diamond writer can be different to that of other sales agents, and we are very aware of this, so we designed an event to promote their growth.

“It is also a genuine thank you and a means to give back to the highest achievers in our network.”

Three excellent speakers were engaged for the day’s program, which also provided valuable socialising time.

Alex Jordan has strong ties with the McGrath network, sharing values in powerful branding. Through 22-plus years in real estate, his acumen in construction, zoning and design is astute, and he exemplifies how agile negotiation and strong buyer relationships complement strategic property styling and latest marketing tech.

Adrian Oddi is another of Australia’s most successful and respected real estate agents. With a 20-year career defined by outstanding results plus reputation, more than 90% of his clientele is repeat and referral business.

In her ‘The Mindful High Performer’ keynote address, international motivational speaker, accredited mindfulness and meditation coach, Chelsea Pottenger, shared practical, science-based tools that can optimise mental health as an essential springboard for high achievement both in and out of the workplace.

“Chelsea’s session left everyone feeling inspired and ready to take on the world, which was fitting way to lead into drinks and canapes with this incredible group of talented agents,” said Mr Davoren.

With each Diamond gift pack given to invited guests, RE/MAX Australia donated $100 to Make-A-Wish® Australia as a meaningful gift which helps seriously ill children’s inspirational wishes come true.
