One of the Southern Highlandโs most dynamic sales agents has joined forces with one of Australiaโs biggest real estate brands, opening Ray White Bowral.
Gene Fairbanks and his wife, Jemima unveiled their Ray White business on 4 October.
โWeโre a family business so joining a family-led brand was a natural fit for us. Through Ray White, weโll be able to create a one-on-one experience for our clients with all the extra tools and resources that comeย with a big brand like Ray White,โ Gene explained.
Using his background as a professional rugby union player, Gene understands the importance of team culture.
โAs a start-up, weโre growing our business organically and we really want to create a supportive environment for both our team members and our clients.
โIn a community as tight-knit as Bowral, weโll be working hard to make sure every person who walks through our doors has a great experience โ no matter who they are or what they need,โ he said.
With a broad range of properties ranging from affordable first homes to high-end acreages and everything in between, Gene and Jemima said the Bowral market suits a lot of buyers and, increasingly, Sydney siders are moving to the area for a tree-change.
โWe have so many beautiful properties here on bigger parcels of land. Weโre seeing a lot of people moving here in search of a more relaxed lifestyle,โ Jemima said,
Chairman of Ray White NSW, Stephen Nell, said it was a great pleasure to welcome Gene and Jemima to the Group.
โWe are so proud to have Gene and Jemima join the Ray White family. They are both well-known and respected members of the local community and we are so excited to support them as they grow their family business,โ he said.
For Gene and Jemima, their ambition is clear: be the most trusted brand in real estate.
โWe want to create a business that we can be proud of and become the agency of choice across residential, rural and commercial real estate in the Southern Highlands.โ
