In Victoria, where itโs estimated thereโs a 20 per cent drop in stock levels across the state, Ray White has recorded a personal best in sales.
Achieving $651 million is sales for the month of October, Ray White Victoria CEO, Domenic Belfiore said the momentum has been building all year.
โItโs been a fantastic year and weโre thrilled with the energy within the Group. Our business owners are performing exceptionally well and weโre confident our sales levels will continue to lift,โ he said.
And whilst stock levels are noticeably down, Domenic said Ray Whiteโs listing share is rising.
โItโs incredible to see our listing share increase as the market tightens. Over the past four months weโve seen our numbers steadily rise – thereโs a real buzz in the air.โ
Some key recruits to Ray White have performed particularly well. In her second month with the Group, Helen Yan of Ray White Balwyn ranked in the stateโs top 10 performers, recording an impressive $25 million worth of property sold over October.
โHelen was named the number one female in real estate across the country so itโs no surprise sheโs hit the ground running as a business owner,โ Domenic said. โWeโre so excited to support her as she continues to grow.โ
On the downhill run to Christmas, the Ray White Victoria/Tasmania team are hoping to squeeze in a few more milestones.
โOur 91st office is due to open in December. Ray White Ringwood should be up and running before Christmas.
โWe look forward to celebrating our century in 2017,โ Domenic said.
