Ray White TRG sets new group precedent

It’s official. Ray White TRG has reached a new milestone.

The prestige real estate agency, founded by Sydney sales dynamo Gavin Rubinstein almost two years ago, can claim to have all of its lead agents qualified as top Elite level performers within the Ray White Group.

From their base in the highly competitive affluent eastern suburbs of Sydney, this is a first for a whole office in the leading property group Ray White to have all of its lead agents qualified as Elite – which is a category that represents the top three per cent of agents nationwide.

Founder Gavin Rubinstein, who has been awarded the number one salesperson across NSW for the entire Ray White Group from 2013-2019 and then recently awarded number one principal nationally and internationally in 2020 (his first year as principal), is deeply proud of the associate directors of the firm; Oliver Lavers, Cae Thomas, Evan Williams and Patrick Cosgrove on all reaching Elite status.

“Every leader at Ray White TRG sets their standards and expectations of themselves and their teams extremely high as we want to be known by the marketplace for giving first class, out of the norm service. One’s practice has to be at a certain standard to work at TRG, and be determined to improve daily to be able to continually exceed our clients’ expectations,” Mr Rubinstein said.

At Ray White TRG the potential is limitless.

“This is not even a complete two-year-old business. I am excited by the prospect of what this will look like in year five, or better yet year 10. We have a very long way to go but I know our culture stands us head and shoulders above the rest,” he said.

“We are unified. Our practice is built on patience, positivity, persistence and passion – and a hell of a lot of hard work. From everyone.

“Along the way we also manage to have a lot of fun. With the new office opening in the new year I am focusing on recruiting over the next few months. I want to target more Elite performers and focus on further growth for all.

“I am chasing good people who genuinely want to work. I want to meet agents who are serious and willing to make sacrifices to succeed because most are not. The whole of Ray White TRG is all in. I will not accept anyone in this outfit who is not fully commitment to the craft and to the client. There are many offices they can choose from and I respect everyone’s journey, but here, we are trying to do something special.”
