Rod McDougall has launched Ray White McDougall & Street in the Swan Valley, partnering with local agent Demi Street to bring a national brand to the region he has served for more than two decades.
McDougall holds the title of longest-serving local area real estate specialist in the Swan Valley, with over 23 years in the market. Street is a third-generation agent with a family background in real estate, and lives and sells locally.
McDougall said the move was a return to familiar territory, backed by a larger network.
“I’m essentially going back to where I started 16 years ago, but now with the weight and systems of Australia’s largest real estate group behind us,” he said.
“We chose Ray White for its brand recognition, system integrity, and national reach.”
“Instead of reinventing the wheel, we are leveraging those resources to cast a much wider net for our local clients.”
McDougall said the new agency’s point of difference would be personal service across both sales and property management.
“Our point of difference is providing authentic, relationship-focused customer service,” he said.
“In a changing market, people want clear communication and tailored advice, our focus is squarely on building long-term relationships.”
