Ken and Amy Maslen have been running their family-owned real estate businesses in Gloucester for some years, and now they’ve joined with directors Dee Braithwaite and Greg Wall in opening Ray White Rural Gloucester.
It’s the same team their community know and love, and will continue to offer the outstanding service they’re renowned for, but now with a new business name and access to the professional tools and support they had been looking for.
Born and bred in the beautiful area of Gloucester, the Maslens moved home to the region with their family three years ago.
They have since built their business up to include not only real estate but livestock, something that has always been a specialty of Mr Maslen.
“Joining Ray White Rural is the perfect marriage between where weโve come from and where weโre going,โ Mr Maslen said.
“Ray White has the same family values that we pride ourselves on but it also provides us with cutting edge technology, systems and marketing that will allow us to offer the best possible service to our customers.โ
Gloucester is a thriving area, according to Mr Maslen, with a bustling local community and a growing number of weekender farms.
“Being so close to Sydney, itโs become very popular to have a holiday property in this area where families can escape their busy lives in the big smoke and enjoy a slower pace, breathe the fresh air and reconnect with the land,โ ย Mr Maslen said.
Ray White Rural CEO Stephen Nell welcomed the Maslens to the Ray White Group.
“Ken and the team have a strong business in Gloucester already and weโre delighted to be taking this next step with them,โ Mr Nell said.
“They have the full support of the Ray White Group and we look forward to watching them go from strength to strength.”
