Ray White United Group has opened its ninth office, launching in Quakers Hill under principal Peter Diamantidis after a year spent building a team on the ground ahead of the formal launch.
Peter has spent 24 years in real estate, starting out in property management at 15. He said Quakers Hill filled a strategic gap in the group’s Western Sydney footprint.
“It’s a link between the markets,” Peter said.
“If you’re selling in Quakers Hill, you might be upgrading to the Hills district, or coming up from the Blacktown market, this office connects the dots between our existing locations, and we think there’s real opportunity in that middle ground.”
The new office takes Ray White United Group to nine locations, spanning St Marys, St Clair, Rooty Hill, Mt Druitt, Marsden Park, Glenwood, Arndell Park, Toongabbie and now Quakers Hill.
A tenth office is already locked in to open by the end of the year.
Across the group, Peter now oversees around 139 people, managing more than 4,500 properties and completing roughly 1,300 sales transactions a year.
Alex Pattaro, General Manager, said the group built its team in Quakers Hill before formally launching under the brand.
“We’ve spent the past year building the right team on the ground so that when we launch, we’re not starting cold, we’re launching with momentum,” Alex said.
“This office gives our clients across Western Sydney and the Hills district a genuine local option, backed by the systems and support of one of the biggest networks in the country.”
Ray White NSW Chief Executive Officer Tim Snell described the expansion as a natural next step for Peter.
“Peter has never done anything by half measures. He’s grown Ray White United Group from a single office into one of the strongest networks in Western Sydney and the Hills, and he’s done it methodically, building the team and the market position first, then formalising it under the brand,” Tim said.
