Experienced real estate professionals Lucas Myers and Cassie Sheahan have expanded their business and will rebrand a very successful agency in Junee thatโs been owned by Rob and Jen Barrett, who are retiring after more than 25 years.
Mr Myers said the expansion ambition had always been a goal when they opened their Ray White office in Wagga Wagga in 2011.
โWith Wagga, Junee and Coolamon all within a 30-minute triangle, itโs always been our long-term plan to have offices in all three locations. We opened our Coolamon agency earlier this year and the response has been fantastic,โ Mr Myers said.
Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell said it was a natural progression for the tight-knit team to expand their business.
โLucas and Cassie have made an outstanding contribution to both Ray White and their local community. Their drive combined with their leadership forms the ideal foundation for a successful business.
โWe look forward to supporting the team as they embark on their journey of expansion,โ Mr Nell said.
With a team full of local area experts, Ms Sheahan is excited to be able to offer their customers more exposure and greater coverage as the only multi-office business in the Wagga region.
โHousing prices are steady in our area but securing listings is competitive. So being able to utilise our other locations and reach a wider audience, at both a residential and rural level, is going to be extremely beneficial for both vendors and buyers,โ Ms Sheahan said.
With a strong focus on the customer, the team have built a reputation for maintaining exceptionally high standards of customer service.
โWeโve always instilled the importance of the customerโs experience in our team. Communication, honesty and delivering on our promises has always been our aim,โ Mr Myers said.
Retiring principal Rob Barrett said he was positive about the change.
โJenny and I are pleased to be able to pass our agency on to Lucas and Cassie, who share a similar attitude and approach to business as us. We would like to thank all of the many friends, clients and the people of the Junee Shire who supported us over the years and hope you continue to support the business into the future,โ Mr Barrett said.
