Ray White Commercial NSW analyst Ellen Feng has been recognised in the Property Council of Australia’s (PCA) 500 Women in Property program.
The initiative involves a personal commitment from PCA members to champion women in their organisation or business sphere who they believe would benefit from further networking, profiling and professional development opportunities.
Ms Feng, who has been an analyst throughout her career and has been at Ray White for more than a year, said she felt honoured by the recognition.
“It gives me an opportunity to connect with other women in different areas of real estate who are also passionate about property, uniting forces to create a better work environment.
“I feel privileged to have our Head of Research, Vanessa Rader, as my sponsor. Her depth of knowledge will add abundance of value to not only myself, but to this program,” she said.
Ray White Head of Research Vanessa Rader said she was very proud to sponsor Ellen in the PCA’s 500 Women in Property, not only as an analyst but as a future leader for the commercial property industry.
“Her knowledge and willingness to learn across all commercial asset classes, and her understanding of the development market and the drivers which affect it, is outstanding.
“Having 20 years’ experience in the commercial property field I understand the value of data, be it interpreting, analysing or sourcing it, as it’s the backbone for any transaction, development and decision made across the property market,” Ms Rader said.
“I seldom come across someone who has the understanding, drive and passion for data and its implementation for property professionals.”
Ray White Commercial NSW Managing Director and Partner Jeff Moxham also extended his congratulations, saying that he was delighted with her recognition.
