Ray White Canberra has acquired three well-known boutique agencies – Boris Property, Morrell Property and Sadil Quinlan – taking the group’s total acquisitions to 22 since it began operating in the capital 16 years ago.
The additions bring the group’s property management division to more than 45 dedicated professionals, and lift its overall team to more than 150 people.
Ray White Canberra now conducts one in four auctions across the capital and holds a total market share of more than eight per cent.
Founder and Chairman Ben Faulks said the group did not take lightly the confidence placed in it by the principals of the acquired businesses.
“It is an honour to continue the legacies that Boris Property, Morrell Property and Sadil Quinlan have each built,” Ben said.
“Every acquisition is built on trust, and with that comes a responsibility to honour their legacy while continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients.”
Ray White Canberra Property Management CEO Lisa Hyland said the addition of Boris Property and Morrell Property reflected the calibre of operator the group continues to attract.
“Both Boris Teodorowych and Peter Morrell have built outstanding reputations over many years, grounded in genuine care for clients,” Lisa said.
“Bringing that experience into our team means we can offer their clients even greater support, while making sure the standards they’re known for continue without interruption.”
Lisa said Sadil Quinlan strengthened that reputation further.
