Property management specialist Rachel Atkin is the latest highly regarded industry professional to join Harcourts Victoria.
Harcourts Victoria Chief Executive Officer, Fabian Sanelli, said they were excited to have someone of Rachel’s calibre and quality join the Victoria corporate team.

After beginning her career in the advertising media industry, Ms Atkin moved into property management where she worked across various franchise offices, consistently achieving new business growth targets and delivering exceptionally high levels of customer service, which saw her quickly rise through the ranks, becoming PM operations manager.
Her exceptional experience and skills in rent roll growth; client nurture; negotiation and conflict resolution, has meant that she is a sought-after Ppoperty management business coach, consultant, and trainer.
Now Ms Atkin’s expertise has arrived at Harcourts Victoria.
