FOUNDIT has appointed Rachael Campbell as a Partner, establishing the buyer’s agency platform’s presence in Noosa.

Rachael brings more than two decades of personal and professional experience across property acquisition, renovation and long-term investment strategy.

She specialises in acquisitions across Noosa, including the Eastern Beaches and hinterland locations.

She has owned and lived locally across Noosa’s coastal and hinterland areas, and has also bought, sold and renovated property in the USA and Indonesia.

Her client base spans owner-occupiers, holiday home buyers, local clients repositioning within the region, and those relocating from interstate or overseas.

At FOUNDIT, Rachael will work with clients to build an acquisition strategy and manage the process end-to-end, from sourcing and due diligence through to negotiation and settlement.

Clients will have access to off-market, pre-market, on-market and post-market opportunities through her local network.

FOUNDIT Founder Angus Ferguson said the appointment reflected the platform’s push into high-demand lifestyle markets.

“Noosa is one of Australia’s most competitive and nuanced property markets, and Rachael is exactly the kind of expert our clients need in their corner,” Angus said.

“She brings over two decades of hands-on experience – not just as a professional, but as someone who has lived, bought, renovated and invested in the region.

Her deep local relationships and genuine market insight, combined with FOUNDIT’s technology and research capability, makes for a powerful combination for anyone looking to buy in Noosa.”

Rachael, speaking to Elite Agent, said her own experience as a buyer shaped her approach to the work.

“My introduction to buyer’s advocacy came more than 20 years ago when I engaged a buyer’s agent for my own purchase – and that experience shaped my belief in the value of expert representation.

“I understand what it feels like to be a buyer navigating this market, and I’m committed to guiding my clients through the process with clarity, discretion and confidence.”

The appointment is part of FOUNDIT’s broader national growth strategy, which the platform says prioritises high-demand markets where expert buyer representation delivers a clear advantage.
