Property IQ acquires leading real estate forms business

Property industry software provider PropertyIQ today announced it has acquired ADL Software, whichย is one of Australiaโ€™s leading suppliers of legal contracts, agreements and forms for the real estateย industry.

ADL Software provides ADLForms, an electronic contracts and forms solution for real estateย professionals, as well as ADLInspect, which allows agents to easily complete condition reports on siteย using their mobile device.

PropertyIQ Chief Executive Officer, Dawie Verryne, said the acquisition of ADL Softwareย demonstrates PropertyIQโ€™s commitment to helping real estate agents and property managers to
improve business efficiency and profitability.

โ€œThe property services industry is often challenged by the number of forms used for their sales andย property management businesses, as well as regulatory requirements in each state. By providing ADLย Software as part of the PropertyIQ software suite, we are bringing more automation and integration toย the workflow of real estate businesses,โ€ Mr Verryne said.

โ€œThe acquisition of ADL Software shows our strong commitment to the sector. Itโ€™s a clear example ofย leveraging the integration of software, data and banking to create tangible business outcomes andย solutions to enhance every part of a property professionalโ€™s business. It will also provide professionalsย with peace of mind that the forms comply with the changing needs within the industry.

โ€œWith more than 3,000 existing offices nationally, ADL Software has built a well-regarded businessย over the last 14 years and we are delighted to offer this service to the industry.โ€
ADLForms and ADLInspect join PropertyIQโ€™s existing range of software solutions, includingย PropertyIQ Connect (CRM powered by Salesforce, providing access to CoreLogicโ€™s national databaseย of properties), the PropertyIQ Portfolio property management and trust accounting system, andย PropertyIQ Strata for strata management.

ADL Software founder, Alan Liddle, who will continue with the company as General Manager said, โ€œIย am excited about this opportunity to take ADLForms and ADLInspect to an all new level of integrationย and mobility through PropertyIQ. The time is right, the technologies are right and the industry is readyย for it.โ€
