Property IQ acquires leading real estate forms business

Property industry software provider PropertyIQ today announced it has acquired ADL Software, which is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of legal contracts, agreements and forms for the real estate industry.

ADL Software provides ADLForms, an electronic contracts and forms solution for real estate professionals, as well as ADLInspect, which allows agents to easily complete condition reports on site using their mobile device.

PropertyIQ Chief Executive Officer, Dawie Verryne, said the acquisition of ADL Software demonstrates PropertyIQ’s commitment to helping real estate agents and property managers to
improve business efficiency and profitability.

“The property services industry is often challenged by the number of forms used for their sales and property management businesses, as well as regulatory requirements in each state. By providing ADL Software as part of the PropertyIQ software suite, we are bringing more automation and integration to the workflow of real estate businesses,” Mr Verryne said.

“The acquisition of ADL Software shows our strong commitment to the sector. It’s a clear example of leveraging the integration of software, data and banking to create tangible business outcomes and solutions to enhance every part of a property professional’s business. It will also provide professionals with peace of mind that the forms comply with the changing needs within the industry.

“With more than 3,000 existing offices nationally, ADL Software has built a well-regarded business over the last 14 years and we are delighted to offer this service to the industry.”
ADLForms and ADLInspect join PropertyIQ’s existing range of software solutions, including PropertyIQ Connect (CRM powered by Salesforce, providing access to CoreLogic’s national database of properties), the PropertyIQ Portfolio property management and trust accounting system, and PropertyIQ Strata for strata management.

ADL Software founder, Alan Liddle, who will continue with the company as General Manager said, “I am excited about this opportunity to take ADLForms and ADLInspect to an all new level of integration and mobility through PropertyIQ. The time is right, the technologies are right and the industry is ready for it.”
