PRD’s leadership team has spent time visiting offices across Victoria, meeting with sales agents, property managers, business owners and support staff to discuss market activity, business opportunities and growth priorities.
The visits included Corporate Team Director David Colman, Chief Economist Dr Diaswati (Asti) Mardiasmo, National Marketing Manager Ellie Schwarz, State Director for Queensland and Victoria Robert Ferguson, and PRD’s National Events and Training Manager.
Beyond the offices, the corporate team supported investor information events in Bendigo and Kyneton, where Asti presented national and local market trends, demographic shifts and key investment drivers.
During the visits, Asti also shared insights into the continued strength of regional centres including Bendigo and Ballarat, with discussions covering buyer trends, investment activity, housing demand and opportunities created by ongoing infrastructure investment across regional Victoria.
PRD Managing Director Todd Hadley said the visits reflect how the group stays connected to its network.
“Some of the most valuable insights don’t come from a boardroom. They come from conversations with the people working directly with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants every day,” he said.
“Our offices are the heartbeat of the business. Spending time on the ground allows us to better understand what’s changing in local markets, where challenges exist, and how we can continue to deliver meaningful support.”
Todd said the trips form part of a broader push to keep corporate connected to local offices.
“It’s important that our offices see corporate as more than a remote support function. We want to be present, listen, contribute and work alongside our people.”
Asti said combining national research with local expertise remains one of PRD’s strengths.
“The data tells part of the story, but our offices provide the context behind what is actually happening in their communities. Bringing those perspectives together helps us deliver more meaningful insights and better support clients across the country,” Asti said.
