PRD Real Estate has opened a new office in Highton, marking the brand’s first presence in the Greater Geelong region as it continues to expand across Victoria.

The office will be led by Kim Stinton, who brings nine years of real estate experience to the role, including a period operating independently in the local market.

PRD Managing Director Todd Hadley said the expansion aligns with the franchise’s broader Victorian growth strategy.

“Greater Geelong is one of the strongest regional markets in the country, driven by lifestyle demand, infrastructure investment and population growth,” Todd said.

“Expanding our presence here is a natural step for PRD as we continue to strengthen our Victorian network.”

PRD Highton will service a broad catchment including Highton, Grovedale, Waurn Ponds, Mount Duneed, Geelong West, Bannockburn, Torquay and surrounding areas, covering both established suburbs and emerging growth corridors.

Kim said joining PRD was about finding alignment with a brand focused on sustainable growth.

“PRD is clearly focused on smart, sustainable growth. The way the business is expanding across Victoria shows they understand where the market is heading and how agents need to operate to meet client needs,” she said.

“My approach has always been centred on trust, transparency and service. PRD’s values, systems and research support that way of working.”

Kim pointed to PRD’s national research capability as a key factor in her decision to join the network.

“The depth of PRD’s research is impressive. It allows us to provide buyers, sellers and investors with accurate, relevant information so they can make confident decisions in any market conditions,” she said.

The Geelong expansion comes as PRD approaches a milestone year – the brand will mark 50 years in Australian real estate in March 2026. PRD operates as part of the Colliers network.

“Reaching 50 years is a testament to PRD’s strong foundations, adaptability and the people within our network,” Todd said.

“Kim’s experience, professionalism and client-focused approach make her an excellent representative of the PRD brand.”
