Former independent Pravin Pathik is rebranding as Harcourts Westmead as he looks to accelerate his agency’s growth.

Well-established and successful, Principal and Licensee Pravin Pathik and his team have big plans after joining Harcourts.
“I have been working in the Westmead surrounding area for the last 14 years. I understand the Westmead market and work tirelessly to ensure we get the best results for our clients,” Mr Pathik said.
“With changing to Harcourts my aim is to grow bigger, and together with my local expertise and Harcourts brand this should make myself and team the perfect fit for Westmead’s dynamic real estate opportunities.”

“We have great communication across the team and utilise each other’s strengths on getting it right with great outcomes,” he said.
As such, up until now, clients are mostly from word of mouth from the services they have received.
“Our success has been on the feedback and referrals we receive from our clients who are extremely happy with the services offered,” Mr Pathik said.
