Ouwens Casserly is set to seize opportunity, building on a period of recent growth to spread its footprint into the greenbelt of Adelaide.
Over the past few years the independent residential property firm has been concentrating on growth and consolidation, building a résumé that sees them sell more than a thousand homes each year, with a further 1600 properties under management.
Now they’re looking to spread their wings, with their sights firmly set on the blue-chip areas of South Australia.
Ouwens Casserly managing director, Alex Ouwens, explained the time was right for expansion.
“Whilst many agencies are consolidating and contracting, Ouwens Casserly sees it as a perfect time to spread its footprint across the greenbelt suburbs of Adelaide.”
As part of the new initiatives, 30-year, second generation local area specialist, Brenton Craggs will join the Ouwens Casserly team in Blackwood, where he will work alongside young gun agent Asef Hussaini.
Meanwhile, Ouwens Casserly is also set to open an office in Kensington.
Mr Ouwens said the brand already held a significant market share in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide and was looking to extend and boost that foothold with the new OC Kensington office.
At the helm of the Kensington office will be Mark and Georgie Bressington, and Mr Ouwens welcomed them to their new partnership position.
“We’ve worked with Mark for many years to achieve his goal of opening a community-based eastern suburbs office,” Mr Ouwens said.
“Mark is one of the top agents across the Ouwens Casserly group, so naturally the progression to opening an office to service Kensington and surrounds was the next step.”
Mr Bressington noted he was thrilled to facilitate a local presence in the eastern suburbs area.
“It will give us the opportunity to service our clients even further by being more accessible,” Mr Bressington said.
The Kensington office will be located at Shop 5/365 Kensington Road, Kensington Gardens and will operate from late September 2019.
Ouwens Casserly now has offices at five locations in South Australia including Adelaide, Henley Beach, Kensington, Unley, and Willunga.
