Open for a haunted inspection

US-based real estate platform Bungalo is taking Halloween to the next level and will offer Paranormal Inspection Reports as a part of its home inspection process for the month of October.

Bungalo will be offering the special reports alongside its standard 160-point inspection.

Every home for sale on the Bungalo platform in Charlotte, Dallas and Tampa will be examined by professional paranormal investigators, and they have recruited Becky Vickers of BECKS Ghost Hunters and Jeremy Rettig of Genesis Paranormal Services for the job.

Both teams of paranormal investors will inspect homes for paranormal activity including unusual electrical fields, unexplained movement, and feelings of being watched.

According to Bungalo President Deb Bradley, the idea behind the Paranormal Inspection Report is to add another layer of certainty to all their buyers.

“At Bungalo, it’s our goal to give our home buyers total peace of mind. That’s why every single one of our homes undergoes a rigorous inspection process before it’s listed on our all-in-one home buying website,” Ms Bradley said.

“We inspect each home on our platform meticulously to guarantee zero unwanted surprises, and this October, that includes surprises of the supernatural kind.”

Bungalo’s internal research shows that home buyers want to ensure that “the biggest purchase of their life won’t come with future headaches or expenses”.
