OBrien Real Estate will open its 21st office next week at Tecoma to service the Dandenongs in the Yarra Ranges and Cardinia Shires. OBrien Real Estate Tecoma/Belgrave/Olinda will be under the leadership of Rebekah Whittaker.
The group will open its 22nd office in Wantirna South on October 20. Under the leadership of Geraint Gardner, Nicole Gardner, Dean O’Brien and Neo Chen their team, OBrien Real Estate Wantirna will be servicing the Knox area.
OBrien Real Estate launched of its first office in Berwick in October 2010.
Jason Mudford, General Manager, said OBrien Real Estate last month relocated its Corporate Headquarters to a more central location to cater for growth across Melbourne.
“Moving our corporate operations and training centre to Chadstone is a strategic move,” Mr Mudford said.
“Geographically Chadstone is almost the centre of metropolitan Melbourne, it will serve us well with our growth plans to extend our network further west and north of Melbourne.
“We are lucky to share in an amazing co-working space of over 5,500m2, being one of five anchor tenants we believe we are innovating in this emerging new workspace environment, we are very excited to see how this facility can help shape us in this new way of collaborating.”
OBrien Real Estate has also been made a finalist in the REIV Excellence Awards for 2017.
