Houston Rockets forward Jeff Green has sold his Pinecrest mansion for US$15.5 million (AUD$24.6 million), well below its US$16.4 million (AUD$26 million) asking price.
Jeff and his wife Stephanie sold the seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home at 9500 Southwest 61st Court, according to property records.
The 965-square-metre estate sits on a non-waterfront one-acre lot that Jeff purchased for US$1.4 million (AUD$2.2 million) in 2017.
The house was completed in 2022.
Toni Schrager of Brown Harris Stevens held the listing, while Dennis Carvajal of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the undisclosed buyer.

The two-storey property includes a home theatre, playrooms, gym, two laundry rooms and a four-car garage.
Outside, there’s a pool, summer kitchen, playground and – perhaps unsurprisingly – a lighted basketball court.
Jeff has played for 11 NBA teams across 18 seasons.
He was part of the Denver Nuggets team that defeated the Miami Heat in the 2023 NBA Finals, claiming his first championship ring.
Pinecrest has become a magnet for professional athletes.

According to the Real Deal, Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro paid US$10.5 million (AUD$16.7 million) for a mansion there in 2022, while MLB pitcher Luis Severino paid US$10.7 million (AUD$17 million) for an estate under construction last summer.
Other NBA names linked to the village include Dion Waiters, Jimmy Butler, Carlos Boozer, Lamar Odom and Chris “Birdman” Andersen.
