David and Krystina Curran and their team have joined Noel Jones Real Estate, with their independent agency rebranding as Noel Jones Carrum Downs from 1 September 2026.
The office will service Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston North and Sandhurst. David and Krystina bring their existing team, local knowledge and client relationships to the network, built in particular through the business’s work in property management.
The move takes Noel Jones – established in 1977 – into Melbourne’s south east as the network approaches 50 years in the city’s real estate market.
Ray Ellis, Chairman of Noel Jones Real Estate, said the appeal of the move was the Currans’ existing standing in the local community.
“What excites me about Carrum Downs is that we’re not simply putting a Noel Jones sign up in a new area,” Ray said.
“David and Krystina already know this community, they have built a successful business here and they bring genuine experience, particularly in property management.
“For Noel Jones, it gives us the opportunity to take what we do well into another part of Melbourne, while combining that with David and Krystina’s local knowledge and relationships. I think that’s a very good foundation for the next stage of growth for both businesses.”
David said joining Noel Jones would allow the team to build on what had already been established locally.
“We’ve spent years building relationships across Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston North and Sandhurst, and joining Noel Jones gives us the systems, support and brand strength to do even more for our clients,” David said.

Noel Jones now operates offices including Box Hill, Carrum Downs, Croydon, Doncaster, Mitcham, Ringwood and the Yarra Ranges.
