New leadership duo for Belle Property Mosman

Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson have taken on leadership roles at their fourth Belle Property office, Belle Property Mosman.

The Announcement:

Belle Property has announced that veteran lower north shore market experts, Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson, will lead the brand’s well-established and highly successful Mosman office.

Matthew and Mark are also the co-principals of three other high-performing Belle Property offices in Neutral Bay, Crows Nest, and Cammeray.

CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, welcomed the expansion of Matthew and Mark’s stronghold on the lower north shore market.

“Matthew and Mark are highly esteemed in lower north shore real estate circles, so it makes perfect sense to add Mosman to their stable.

This expansion comes hot on the heels of their Crows Nest office opening earlier this year, further cementing their position as leading lights in the area’s property market,” said Peter.

“By valuing honesty, trustworthiness and sincerity as much as hard work and determination, Matthew and Mark are in perfect alignment with what our brand stands for.

They are well-known for operating with high levels of integrity, and going the extra mile in providing unsurpassed service levels and outcomes for clients. And the proof is in the pudding, with their sales totalling $560 million in 2021 alone.

Principal Matthew Smythe has had a long-term association with Mosman, both professionally, having sold real estate in the area for nearly 20 years, and personally, having proposed to his wife at Balmoral beach and with their children attending local schools.

“I am honoured to take up the reins in Mosman. This is one of Sydney’s best places to live which truly ticks all the lifestyle boxes – harbour-side location with easy access to the city, family-friendly homes on quiet tree-lined streets, great shopping and amenity – all topped off by the crowning glory of Balmoral Beach,” Matthew says.

“Mosman’s lifestyle offerings, coupled with its array of prestige properties, means buyer demand is constantly high in the suburb, particularly in recent times with its median house price up 14 per cent over the last 12 months to $5 million.

“Belle Property has been at the forefront of many of Mosman’s property transactions over the years, and we look forward to not only meeting, but exceeding the premium service levels our clients have come to expect from our brand locally,” said Matthew.
