NAI Harcourts Pinnacle has been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence, with recognition for both the agency and one of its senior team members.

The agency is a finalist for Commercial & Industrial Agency of the Year, while Sash Naidoo, NAI Harcourts Pinnacle’s Commercial Property Management Head of Department, is a finalist for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.

The REIQ Awards for Excellence recognise Queensland’s real estate professionals and agencies across best practice and performance.

Tom Donnelly, Head of NAI Harcourts Commercial, said the dual recognition reflected the broader team.

“Being recognised in two categories is a great result for the NAI Harcourts Pinnacle team. It reflects the depth of talent we have across our commercial business and, importantly, the way our people work together to deliver for our clients,” he said.

“The commercial property market is demanding and competitive. To be recognised alongside some of Queensland’s best agencies and professionals is something the whole team should be proud of.”

Phil Grant, NAI Harcourts Pinnacle’s Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, said the nominations marked the second consecutive year the agency had been recognised.

“For us, receiving this recognition for the second year in a row is a true testament to how hard the team worked not just in the year overall but day to day, month to month, through the ups and the downs,” Phil said.

“The agency nomination and Sash’s individual nomination are a great acknowledgement of the people and culture we have built at NAI Harcourts Pinnacle. We’re incredibly proud of both.”

Sash said her nomination reflected the work of the wider property management team.

“I’m incredibly proud to be named a finalist but this award is a reflection of the work that the team do everyday. I would not have been given this opportunity if it wasn’t because of their dedication and hard work,” Sash said.

“Our clients trust us to look after some very important parts of their businesses, and I’m proud of the relationships we’ve built and the standard of service we aim to deliver.”

Winners will be announced at the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence on 31 October at The Star Brisbane.
