Real Estate Institute of Queensland Auctioneer of the Year, Justin Nickerson, has been handpicked to auction the 2022 House for Life.

Plantation Homes and Mater Foundation have teamed up with multi award-winning Coronis Real Estate agency to drive and manage the sale of the 2022 House for Life with five-time winner of the REIQ Auctioneer of the year, Justin Nickerson handpicked to be the auctioneer on the day.
Coronis Real Estate, with offices all over Australia, will be donating their time and resources in generating as much interest as possible for the auction on 15th October 2022, where all proceeds of the house sale will be going to Mater Little Miracles โ to support seriously ill and premature babies across Queensland.
Going under the hammer will be the stunning double-storey Majestic 45 by Plantation Homes, situated in the premium Surrounds Estate, Helensvale.ย The beautiful family home boasts four spacious bedrooms, three generous bathrooms, two powder rooms and a two-car garage.ย
This House for Life marks the 9th home Plantation Homes has built and auctioned a home with proceeds going to Mater Little Miracles, with more than $5 million raised from the sales of the past eight House for Life charity homes which have been built from 2008.
The project is the culmination of a collective effort from dedicated volunteers and suppliers who donate their time and resources to build the home, which will be auctioned in the second half of 2022.

Mater Foundation Executive Director Andrew Thomas said each year more than 2000 seriously ill and premature babies are cared for at Mater Mothersโ Hospitalsโ Neonatal Critical Care Unit at South Brisbane.
โThe proceeds of this house will make a real difference to our resources and research so that we can continue supporting families and their babies who require specialised care at Mater,โ Mr Thomas said.
