Michael Coombs has joined the team at LJ Hooker Avnu on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Mr Coombs has brought with him his team of six. Together they begin the New Year with over $100 million in listings across the Lower North Shore.
“There’s no denying there’s an opportunity to consolidate and automate the fractured world of real estate,” Mr Coombs said.
“I believe LJ Hooker Avnu is going to lead this in Australasia and I wanted to be part of it.”
According to the press release, ‘LJ Hooker Avnu’s platform will centralise and streamline tasks such as data sourcing, property marketing, compliance and contracts which they say, in the past, has been fragmented with heavy reliance on vast number of third-party suppliers and products.’
The platform reportedly provides clients ‘a transparent view of their sales journey including real-time sales data – for example, the number of parties at an open house – the marketing campaign and settlement process.’
Mr Coombs is a co-founding agent of LJ Hooker Avnu Lower North Shore, along with Adrian Bridges, who recorded over $118 million in sales last year. Together they lead a growing team of sales consultants in the blue-chip region.
