McGrath Lower North Shore and Harbourside makes an important strategic appointment as Jon McConkey joins in the newly created role of Head of Growth and Performance for the Group’s six offices: Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Crows Nest, Willoughby, Mosman, and McMahons Point.
John Paranchi, Group Director and Principal, explains the importance of this appointment, as Jon brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning real estate, media and proptech.

Jon began his career in residential real estate sales, then went on to spend almost 15 years with Domain, where he held senior leadership positions, including State Sales Director NSW and National Director of Corporate & Enterprise. Most recently, Jon served as Chief Revenue Officer at Before You Buy, helping guide the business through a period of national growth and expansion.
Recognised for his ability to build high-performing teams, drive sustainable growth and foster strong business relationships, he joins the group with a passion for helping people reach their potential and creating environments where businesses and individuals can thrive.
