Madeleine Este recognised BresicWhitney as a place where she could foster her passion for real estate and learn from likeminded individuals.

Established Balmain sales agent Madeleine Este has joined BresicWhitney, as the group stays unapologetically focused on recruiting, retaining and empowering the industry’s best people.
Mrs Este (formerly Madeleine Russell) will operate as a standalone agent, tapping into her proven track record in the local market.
Mrs Este recognised BresicWhitney as a place where she could harbour her passion for real estate and learn from likeminded individuals.
This includes working with BresicWhitney Directors and members of the leadership team, Adrian Oddi and Andrew Liddell, who each have over 15 years’ experience.
Of her appointment, Mrs Este said: “As an agent in the local Balmain market, I always admired the way the BresicWhitney team operated and worked together”.

Mrs Este noted the continued importance of working together as a team and increased focus on buyer matching in the changing market.

BresicWhitney Balmain has also recently welcomed Alexandra Anthony as Team Manager for Adrian Oddi.
In her new role, Ms Anthony will provide high-level administration support and assist with client engagement and communication.
Mr Oddi said he was thrilled to have Madeleine and Alexandra on board.
