A Bermagui couple is celebrating Christmas early after walking away with a $35,000 travel voucher as winners of the LJ Hooker network’s spring marketing campaign.
Every property owner and landlord that had a market update with LJ Hooker over spring 2016 went into a draw to be the randomly selected person to spin the network’s Million Dollar Prize Wheel. Gordon and Leighanne Patterson were randomly picked after they had their property assessed through LJ Hooker Bega (NSW).
As well as the $35,000 travel voucher, the wheel included other prize options including: $1,000,000 to spend on any LJ Hooker property; a new car: AUDI A1, 1.4 in black with Style and Sunroof valued at over $36,000 and $35,000 cash.
“We were astounded to hear we’d been chosen to spin the wheel, and we’re thrilled to have won the $35,000 travel voucher,” said Mr Patterson. “Leighanne and I have known Simon [Owens] at LJ Hooker Bega for many years. LJ Hooker Bega has sold several of our homes and managed our investment properties as well,” he continued.
“Everyone that knows Gordon and Leighanne recognise them as hard-working, down-to-earth people. I’m ecstatic that from all over Australia, it’s one of Bega’s own that has taken home the national prize and even more pleased that it’s Gordon and Leighanne,” Mr Owens added.
Across the three-month campaign, LJ Hooker also gave away $1,000 cash to 26 people who had a sales or rental market update with one of the network’s agents.
LJ Hooker has confirmed they will continue to offer national giveaways in the New Year as part of their seasonal campaigns in 2017.
