LJ Hooker has expanded its presence in New Zealand with a new office in the South Auckland region.

LJ Hooker has expanded its South Auckland network, as an existing real estate brand in Drury joins LJ Hooker.
Principal Brent Worthington, who has been deeply ingrained in the Drury and surrounding area for more than 20 years, will lead the agency’s transformation to LJ Hooker Drury.
With 11 years industry experience, and after five years with another major brand, first as a business shareholder and then as the sole business owner, Mr Worthington said the decision to join LJ Hooker was easy after he saw how passionate and supportive the network is.
“Since I fully took over this office on 1 April, 2020, we have created a strong team and nearly tripled our market share in the Drury area.
“After a couple of meetings with LJ Hooker, we really liked what we were seeing and hearing, and it quickly became apparent that they were probably walking the talk, and not just talking the talk. That has proven to be correct, and we know we made the right decision,” said Mr Worthington.
With a strong team in the Drury area, the agents have been able to achieve great results for their clients. This included Salesperson Adele Cooper’s success last year, as she set a record and sold the most expensive residential property in Drury at 1/6 Sutton Road, achieving $4 million at auction last September.
LJ Hooker New Zealand Network Chief Graeme Hyde said the South Auckland based team coming onboard demonstrated the value in joining the network.
