Acton | Belle Property welcomes Chris Pham and Scott Fletcher to the team with opening of new office.
Leading real estate brand Acton | Belle Property is excited to announce the opening of its newest office in Mount Lawley, led by successful local agents, Chris Pham and Scott Fletcher, as Co-Principals.
Formerly of Realmark, Chris Pham has built a reputation as a trusted and respected agent in the area.
His passion for exceptional customer service, premium marketing strategies and expert local knowledge has made him a sought-after agent in the inner-city suburbs of Mount Lawley, North Perth, Highgate and Menora.
Joining him will be long-time sales associate Luke Pisano and an administration assistant to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
Also leading the team will be Co-Principal Scott Fletcher, formerly of Realmark, who has more than 20 years of experience in real estate as a successful sales agent and business owner.
Chris says they were drawn to Belle Property’s premium marketing and business culture and are looking forward to leveraging the boutique national brand to bring greater exposure to their client’s properties.
“Scott and I have always admired the look and feel of Belle Property,” Chris said.
“Their core business values and culture around making every property beautiful, align perfectly with ours.”
Chris said the group’s extensive training and head office support were also incentives to join Belle Property, which has grown to 170 offices around Australia and is now the nation’s largest boutique real estate brand.
They will also now have the added benefits of greater local, national and global reach through affiliations with Sitchu Living Magazine and international real estate portals Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Property Portfolio.
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb welcomed the opening of the new office and said it was an exciting time for the brand in Western Australia.
“I can’t wait to see Mount Lawley and the surrounding premium suburbs go green and I’m confident Chris and Scott will thrive under Belle Property,” said Peter.
“They have built a reputation for excellence and I look forward to seeing what they can achieve with the added resources and support now available to them.”
