The rebrand is a reflection of the company’s growth, as their presence spreads through the regional area of New South Wales.

Under the leadership of high-profile local real estate identity Graham Hodson, a new Laing+Simmons office opens this week in Lithgow in a further boost to the brand’s growing regional network.
From 1 June 2022, Mr Hodson and his team will operate as Laing+Simmons Lithgow at 181 Main Street, providing a full scope of sales, leasing, property management, auction services, project marketing and more to the local community.
While Mr Hodson is a well-known face in the local real estate market, having focused on the Lithgow area for the past decade, it’s the changing landscape in the industry that motivated him to investigate the rebrand opportunity with Laing+Simmons.
“The rebrand to Laing+Simmons is an acknowledgment that real estate is evolving, new technology is having a profound impact, and real estate training has taken on a whole new importance.

Laing+Simmons Lithgow is in growth mode. Mr Hodson says the business is looking for talented administration, sales agents and property managers to support the business through its next phase.
