Knight Frank has appointed Ben Turner as Partner, Office Leasing and Georgia McDonald as Associate Director, Office Leasing, strengthening its New South Wales Office Leasing business.
Ben joins from JLL, where he was most recently Head of Office Leasing, Sydney CBD. He brings more than 13 years of experience in Sydney CBD office leasing.
Georgia joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she held the role of Associate Director, Office Leasing. She has more than eight years of experience in the property industry, including more than seven years focused on the Sydney CBD office market.
Both will start at Knight Frank in early 2027.
The appointments follow the recent recruitment of Hamish Stuart as Partner, Managing Director NSW and National Head of Office Leasing, and John Brasier as Partner, Head of Office Leasing NSW.
John said the new hires marked another step in strengthening the firm’s office leasing capabilities across the state.
“Ben and Georgia are both highly regarded operators who bring outstanding market knowledge, strong client relationships and impressive leasing track records to our business,” he said.
“Since joining Knight Frank, my focus has been on assembling the best leasing team in the market, and these appointments demonstrate that commitment.”
John said Ben’s experience across the Sydney CBD market would be valuable as the firm grows its platform, with Ben to focus on major project leasing, large backfill projects and development leasing.
“Georgia has built an excellent reputation in the market through her work across a diverse range of leasing campaigns and her strong understanding of occupier requirements,” John said.
Ben said he was looking forward to the move.
