From the outside, it may look as though Sue Tam and Jin Choong’s north-west Sydney real estate agency has changed hands, but the pair have just rebranded their business to become Ray White Kellyville.
With a combined 35 years of real estate experience in the area, both Ms Tam and Mr Choong have formed strong relationships with their local community and believe the move to Ray White was the natural step in reaching that next level of growth.
“We were looking for a brand that was going to have the support and tools, marketing, technology and training, to complement our business and ensure we continue our growth,” Mr Choong said.
Having both grown up in the real estate industry, the representation of family values throughout the Ray White brand resonated with the duo.
“Real estate runs deep in our family. Our father started his real estate business in the late ’90s, so we’ve seen first hand the hard work it takes to run a successful family owned business,” Ms Tam said.
“We really appreciate the strong family values that Ray White has upheld.”
Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Ms Tam and Mr Choong on opening Ray White Kellyville.
“Sue and Jin bring genuine value to the local real estate markets in which they operate,” Mr McCulloch said. “We look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow.”
With a strong focus on the customer, the Kellyville team is passionate about ensuring every client receives their own personalised journey.
“Touchpoints are extremely important in our team,” Ms Tam said. “We want every customer to have the best possible experience, so making sure our customer’s journey is seamless and rewarding is really big for us.”
While property management has been the focus for the past two years, growth of their sales team will be a key goal over the next 12 months.
“We’re looking forward to supporting our community in all facets of property, so whether you’re buying, selling, investing or renting, Ray White Kellyville has a specialist in the field,” Ms Tam said.
