CBRE has strengthened its Industrial & Logistics (I&L) sales capabilities in Western Australia with the appointment of Josh Deluca to a newly created Capital Markets role.
Mr Deluca has spent the past six years working in CBRE’s Melbourne business, most recently as an Associate Director in the I&L Capital Markets team.
His new appointment represents a return to WA for the Perth-born I&L specialist, who once played for the Fremantle Dockers.
Mr Deluca will focus solely on I&L sales in his new Associate Director, Capital Markets role, working alongside CBRE’s team of I&L brokers who undertake both sales and leasing transactions.
CBRE’s WA Managing Director Lincoln Delahunt said the appointment strengthens the company’s capabilities in a growing market segment.
“Josh’s appointment bolsters our I&L capabilities across investment, vacant possession and land sales, where we’re seeing strong client demand,” Mr Delahunt said.
“CBRE is the first WA agency business to have a dedicated industrial sales, occupier and leasing team offering a full suite of specialised services across all facets of the I&L market.”
Mr Deluca said CBRE’s scale and connectivity across Australia and offshore markets would provide significant advantages for clients.
“CBRE’s platform will allow clients to capitalise on demand from east coast and international investors through its Capital Markets platform,” Mr Deluca said.
