Premium real estate agency Jellis Craig continues to invest in leadership excellence with the appointment of Alicia Lecky as Head of Property Management at Jellis Craig Boroondara.
With over 25 years’ experience in real estate, Alicia joins the Boroondara team with an exceptional track record in driving operational transformation, leading large-scale property management teams and implementing scalable systems across growing businesses.
Highly regarded for her strength in coaching, mentoring and culture development, Alicia will lead a team of 38, with 3,900 properties under management.
Alicia started her career at Jellis Craig in 2002, before senior leadership roles including National Head of Operations at Performance Property and Head of Property Management at Longview. Across these positions, she led operations across multiple states, focusing on portfolio performance, compliance, revenue growth and client experience.
Alicia is looking forward to leading the team at Jellis Craig Boroondara.
