Jasmyn Calgaro buys into Ray White Nepean Group

Jasmyn Calgaro has become a business partner at Ray White Nepean Group, joining principals Mark Jennings and Tim Doyle at the helm of the western Sydney office.

The move formalises a partnership 11 years in the making. Jasmyn joined the real estate industry at 19 and has gone on to become one of the top one per cent of all Ray White salespeople nationally, settling more than 130 transactions last year alone, according to the network.

She started her career as a sales associate in a nine-person office, building her business through door-knocking, community engagement and what the group describes as a client-first philosophy.

“This isn’t something that’s happened overnight, it’s the result of 11 years of turning up every single day, knocking on doors and genuinely trying to help people,” she said.

“To go from being a 19-year-old walking into my first real estate office to now being a business partner in a group I love is something I’m incredibly proud of, and I can’t wait to see what we build from here.”

Jasmyn said the partnership would let her keep working directly with buyers and sellers while having a say in the direction of the business.

“Mark and Tim have backed me from day one, and this partnership means I get to keep doing what I love, working directly with buyers and sellers, while also having a real say in the direction of the business. The future’s genuinely exciting.”

Ray White Nepean Group co-principal Mark Jennings said Jasmyn’s elevation to partner reflected both her sales results and the values she has instilled throughout the group.

“Jas’ work ethic and culture fit is exactly what our partnership means for the business,” Mark said.

Jasmyn said her approach to real estate has always been about consistency over shortcuts, and offered advice for agents starting out.

“My advice to anyone starting out is to think outside the box, add value wherever you can, and speak to as many people as possible every single day,” she said.

“There’s no substitute for hard work but if you trust the process, it eventually pays off.”
