Josh Flagg, one of the original stars of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, has listed his Miami Beach property for US$10 million (A$14 million).
The gated Mediterranean villa sits on an estate of roughly 10,000 square feet, with around 4,000 square feet of living space built around indoor-outdoor living. The main residence has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a detached pool pavilion with a sauna, cold plunge, powder room and outdoor shower.

Inside, the home leans on vaulted ceilings and wide-plank timber floors, anchored by an original limestone fireplace.

The kitchen is finished in custom white oak with Sub-Zero appliances, Waterworks fixtures and bespoke cabinetry, while the bathrooms feature travertine detailing and custom millwork, according to PEOPLE.

Custom steel windows and doors open the interiors up to the landscaped grounds and a resort-style pool.

The redesign was led by New York firm BuiltIN Studio alongside designer Gary Eisner, described in the listing as blending classic Mediterranean architecture with contemporary detailing.

Josh said the brief was to create something true to its location while meeting the expectations of a high-end buyer.
“Our goal was to create a home that feels authentic to Miami Beach while delivering the quality, craftsmanship, and design expected by today’s luxury buyer. Every decision was made with an emphasis on timelessness, comfort, and architectural integrity.”

The property sits on North Bay Road, described in the listing as Miami Beach’s most coveted residential address, with neighbours including David Beckham.
The man who made a career selling other people’s mansions now has to sell his own – and he’s given himself excellent material to work with.
