Highland Group held its 2026 Awards Night at Crown Sydney’s Glittering Pearl Ballroom, bringing together more than 220 guests to mark the year’s achievements.

The event recognised long-tenured team members for their years of loyalty and contribution to the group, with special accolades and prizes presented in appreciation of their role in shaping the organisation.

Team members making notable progress were also recognised, including those the group said consistently go above and beyond in their roles and demonstrate exceptional commitment to Highland’s culture and day-to-day operations.

Highland Group CEO David Highland said the night was about recognising the people behind the results.

“Our Awards Night is about much more than celebrating results. It’s about recognising the people who show up every day, support their colleagues, and embrace our culture,” David said.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do; we’re committed to continuing to invest in their development and create an environment where talented individuals can build meaningful careers.

“Nights like this are an important reminder of just how much talent and commitment we have within our team, and we’re incredibly proud of what we are building together.”

The awards celebrated not only outstanding results, but also the qualities they say that underpin Highland’s success: loyalty, ambition, teamwork, leadership and a genuine commitment to the people and culture of the group.
