Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch said Jake Kroehnert’s energy, enthusiasm and determination would make him an asset to the group.
The Announcement:
Top performing agent Jake Kroehnert has made the leap to Australasia’s largest real estate group, opening Ray White TKG in Grafton.
A young gun and top agent in Grafton, Mr Kroehnert has always wanted to join the real estate industry but originally started out as a bridge carpenter, making the switch to sales agent five years ago.
Mr Kroehnert said his clients can expect the same level of service they are used to from himself and his team but double after his transition to business owner of Ray White TKG.
“We are some of the best in the business and we are leveling up with Australia’s leading agency, Ray White,” he said.
“My team and I are all locals and we bring a lot of experience to the table but we also pride ourselves on being an energetic and enthusiastic office. We are persistent and determined and put in the hours to get the best outcome for our clients.
“Our biggest strength as an office would be the team. It’s small but everyone is dedicated and knowledgeable in their field and I don’t think anyone else puts the time and passion in like we do.
“We are also so grateful for the support from the town during this transition. I have had a number of people come up to me in the street saying congratulations, it’s a great feeling and I want to be able to continue giving back to the community.”
Grafton, in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, has benefitted from a host of new faces coming to town from as far away as Melbourne and Sydney ever since the start of the pandemic.
“In the area there are a lot of small acreage lifestyle properties which attract both locals and a lot of people from Sydney, Melbourne and south-east Queensland. I would say over the past two years 30 to 40 percent of our market has been treechangers and that hasn’t slowed down much,” Mr Kroehnert said.
“It’s still reasonably affordable here in comparison to many of the coastal areas in New South Wales. It’s something our area has been identified for.”
Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed Mr Kroehnert to the Ray White family.
“We are thrilled that Grafton’s number one agent has chosen to partner with us and open up his business through Ray White,” Mr McCulloch said.
“I have no doubt that Jake’s energy, enthusiasm and determination will make him an asset to the group and I look forward to celebrating his success.”
