Harcourts Property Hub has opened a new office in Currumbin, extending its footprint across the southern Gold Coast and into Northern New South Wales.
The business says it has grown by more than 50 per cent since joining Harcourts two years ago and now has a team of more than 50 real estate professionals.
For directors Dave Manby and Chris Manby, Currumbin was the logical next step.
“Currumbin sits perfectly between Palm Beach and Coolangatta, making it an ideal hub for our coastal team,” they said.
“We’re seeing strong growth throughout Currumbin Waters, Elanora and Tugun, while our recent licensing in New South Wales has allowed us to build an equally strong presence in Banora Point. Opening this office simply made sense.”
Dave and Chris said the business had continued investing even as other operators took a more cautious approach.
“Property Hub has always been focused on growth,” they said.
“We believe times like these create opportunities.
“While others might be waiting to see what happens next, we’re investing in our people, our clients and the communities we serve because we’re confident in the future of our market.”
The group sells more than 900 homes each year and meets with more than 2,000 buyers every month, according to the business, which it says has made it one of the Gold Coast’s leading real estate groups.
Dave and Chris said the scale of the business, including what they describe as one of the region’s largest buyer databases, allowed agents to connect buyers with properties faster.
The team was recently named the #6 International Office and #2 Office in Australia at the Harcourts International and Australian Awards, recognition Dave and Chris put down to culture.
“Our success has always come back to our team,” they said.
