Harcourts Coast & Lifestyle has opened a new office in Grantville, extending its footprint across the Westernport Bay and Bass Coast regions.
The opening takes the network, owned by directors Jason and Stephanie Dowler, to four offices, joining its existing locations in Frankston, Balnarring and Hastings.
Jason Dowler, director of Harcourts Coast & Lifestyle, said the move into the Bass Coast followed growth already seen across the region.
“Expanding into the Bass Coast has been a natural next step for us,” Jason said.
“The capital growth this region has experienced, combined with its improving infrastructure, made this an opportunity we couldn’t pass up. We’re looking forward to building on the success of our existing offices and creating strong connections with the local community.”
Stephanie Dowler said the new office would help the business extend its service into the area.
“The Bass Coast is an exciting region, with a lot to offer both residents and those looking to make a move,” Stephanie said.
“Opening in Grantville gives us the opportunity to extend our reach and continue delivering the service and support our clients have come to expect from Harcourts Coast & Lifestyle.”

The Grantville office gives the Harcourts Coast & Lifestyle team a local base to support buyers and sellers across the Bass Coast.
