Glenn and Kylie Hardman open Ray White Geelong

Glenn and Kylie Hardman are excited to announce the opening of their new Ray White office in Geelong, south-west of Melbourne.

Geelong offers such quality living for both homeowners and investors, with its wide-ranging recreational choices, strong medical and education hub and a growing economy only 45 minutes from Melbourne.

“Geelong is such a great city with great future potential. It’s a cosmopolitan and vibrant community,” said Mr Hardman who has more than 26 years experience in the real estate industry.

For Mr Hardman, 46, it’s almost like coming home to Ray White, after he owned another Ray White office under Australasia’s biggest property group 20 years ago.

“I have been in the real estate industry since I left school. I started in property management and studied for my full licence and then did a Bachelor of Business in property. I have owned businesses and I have also lectured the agents course at TAFE. We have also done a few of our own property developments,” he said.

“We are experienced in all facets of real estate. And it’s like coming full circle back to Ray White after 20 years. We have truly been so impressed by all the support we have received so far.”

Ray White Victoria and Tasmanian CEO Domenic Belfiore said he was thrilled to see the Hardmans open their business in Geelong.

“Growth is the oxygen to a business like ours, it’s in our DNA. The Hardmans have a family business in the biggest family owned agency brand in Australasia,” Mr Belfiore said.

“My team and I will do whatever we need to help them succeed and we’ll support their ambitions.

“Geelong is also the gateway to the world-renowned coastline of south-west Victoria via the Great Ocean Road. They are truly living in a wonderful part of Australia.”

Ms Hardman, the general manager of Ray White Geelong, said she and her husband were very motivated to succeed and offer exceptional customer service to the community.

“We see so much potential for our business and in Geelong. It’s a fabulous city to live, work and play in.”

The office already has almost 1000 managements in their rental department, with strong growth given Geelong is such a well established medical and education hub with Deakin University.

“We are definitely seeing an increase in our rental market from university students,” Ms Hardman said.
