Ray White Eastern Beaches has opened its doors, fronted by an ambitious new leadership team.

Auctioneer James Hayashi, Nader Hotait, Angus Gorrie and Nicholas Wise have teamed up to open Ray White Eastern Beaches.
With two locations, in Coogee and Waverley, the new business will see the four young guns level up in their own franchise.
James Hayashi is an acclaimed auctioneer selling an average of 500 properties a year. He has found his strength in growing and developing sales teams, having been a successful sales manager at two major brands throughout his career.
“We have a vision to grow and develop our team. We are serious about being supportive and implementing a lot of structure. We are on the hunt to recruit and develop our team,” Mr Hayashi said.
“Our clients all know us and we’re known for looking after our client’s investment. Care and attention is our hallmark and all three agents here work on a very strong referral basis. It’s time to realise a long held ambition of business ownership.”
Likewise, Nader Hotait is a proven and tenacious real estate professional, who has been working in Maroubra, South Coogee, Little Bay and Chifley, for the last 15 years. He is a prestige property specialist and has an innate understanding of buyer behaviour.
Mr Hotait was awarded No.1 Salesperson at the most recent Ray White NSW/ACT Annual Awards. His impressive track record of securing exceptional prices within the eastern suburbs include properties ranging from apartments through to multi-million dollar residences.
Of making the move from salesperson to business owner within the Ray White Group, Mr Hotait said he was excited to be joining forces with some of the biggest names in the eastern suburbs.
“We all have very high market share and a lot of momentum will come from this. For anyone wanting to have a successful career in real estate, we’re offering the four best mentors in the country,” Mr Hotait said.
Coogee specialists Angus Gorrie and Nicholas Wise join from another leading brand where they were number one and number two salespeople respectively.
Angus Gorrie is known as a tenacious negotiator who has excellent knowledge of the market and meticulous attention to the finer points of a sales campaign.
“For me, I am so excited to open my own business with James, Nader and Nick and to be aligned with Ray White,” said Mr Gorrie, who grew up in Mudgee and who has been working in Sydney’s eastern beaches for the last 14 years.
“It’s the right next step for me and I will keep doing what I am doing which is my best for my customers. I have long been impressed by the fact Ray White is a family owned and led business and has been for four generations. We’re all excited to be levelling up and setting some more sales records together,” Mr Gorrie said.
Young star Nicholas Wise is consistently ranked as one of the top performing real estate agents in the area, for his outstanding service and helping hundreds of property seekers and home owners every year.
“Timing is everything in real estate and now is the time to open as there is a definite gap in the market. Our business model is about developing young agents to reach their potential as I myself started with Angus as his associate,” he said.
“We want to pay it forward and develop new talent. And all four of us all complement each other as we are all from different backgrounds, with different personalities and client bases.
“It’s definitely been a long-held dream to open my own business and there was no other choice except Ray White as it’s family owned and led. We all love that.”
