FOUNDIT, the fast-growing property platform redefining buyer advocacy through technology and research-led insights, has appointed Thomas Georgiou as Founding Partner and National Head of Buyer Agent Services.
With more than 22 years’ experience as a buyer’s agent across Dubai , London and Melbourne, Thomas brings exceptional industry knowledge and leadership to FOUNDIT.
Throughout his career, he has represented buyers across diverse market conditions, earning a reputation for strategic thinking and disciplined negotiation which has made him one of Australia’s most experienced and respected buyer agents.
In his role at FOUNDIT, Thomas will oversee the platform’s national Buyer Agent services, supporting Partner buyer agents, setting best-practice frameworks, and ensuring consistently high standards of buyer agents services across the network. He will also lead the development and launch of the FOUNDIT Buyer’s Agent Academy, a new education and training initiative designed to support the next generation of buyer’s agents and elevate the industry capability set to launch later in the year.
