Pence purchased the blufftop property in 2016 for US$6.5 million during his time with the Giants, according to Mansion Global.
The retired right fielder replaced the original structure with a contemporary 7,356-square-foot mansion that was only completed this year.
The three-story split-level home features an open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The main living area includes a bay fireplace and a kitchen with bar seating for six.

According to the listing, the property boasts four bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, with the main-level primary suite featuring what the listing describes as a “spa-inspired bathroom,” a walk-in closet, and a studio/office space.
Additional amenities include a home theatre, a bar area with a wine fridge, and a gym that could potentially be converted into a fifth bedroom.

One of the mansion’s most striking features is its wraparound deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The outdoor space includes a built-in barbecue, an al fresco dining area, and a 93-foot lap pool with a hot tub and shallow wading area.
Below the deck, a sandy beach area provides additional outdoor lounging space.

Pence, who spent much of his 14-season MLB career with the San Francisco Giants and won two World Series titles with the team, retired from baseball at the end of the 2020 season.
He now works as an on-air analyst for MLB Network.
Despite building the home as a family retreat, Pence has decided to sell the property as he spends most of his time in San Francisco, according to Compass, the real estate company handling the listing.
