First National Real Estate has extended its presence in Melbourne’s western suburbs with the launch of First National Empire at St Albans, led by Virender Kaindal.

Virender entered the real estate industry in 2019, after running his own hospitality business, before broadening his experience across a number of real estate businesses.

Establishing First National Empire reflects a long-term ambition to build an independent business backed by a cooperative network.

David Edwards, First National Chief Executive, said the appointment continued the network’s focus on attracting ambitious business owners who value independence while benefiting from the strength of a national cooperative.

“Virender has deliberately built his experience across different business models before establishing his own agency,” David said.

“He brings energy, local market knowledge and a genuine commitment to building long-term client relationships, which aligns strongly with First National’s values.

“Melbourne’s western corridor continues to experience significant population growth and economic investment.

“It’s an important region for our network, and we’re pleased to welcome a business that is committed to serving its community for the long term.”

Operating from St Albans, First National Empire will provide residential sales, property management, commercial property, rural and lifestyle property, auctions and clearing sales across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Virender said First National’s cooperative structure and collaborative culture were key factors in his decision to join the network.

“Throughout my career I’ve wanted to build a business where relationships come first and clients receive honest advice that helps them make confident decisions,” he said.

“The First National model allows me to remain independent while being supported by experienced business owners who genuinely work together.

“That combination gives me the confidence to continue growing a business focused on long-term relationships and exceptional service.”

Virender said his ambition was to create a business recognised for genuine care, professional service and lasting client relationships throughout Melbourne’s west.
