First National Clayton JXRE have merged with Harcourts Clayton, turning the office into a dedicated property management department which will continue to run out of their current premises.
First National Clayton JXRE will act as the sales office. Both offices sit in prime commercial spaces and are the biggest offices in Clayton.
The merge is aimed at servicing clients better. Principal of Sales Jason Xi has a strong history of selling in the area and has lived locally for 10 years. Principal of Property Management Barbara Snell has over 30 years of property management experience in the Clayton area.
Both offices will continue to provide the exceptional service their customers know and expect, but they hope the connection between them will bring in additional clients and business for the newly aligned office.
โIt is great to be able to specialise in the field of property management of which we do best,โ said Ms Snell.
โTo have an experienced sales team to refer our landlords to when the time may come for them to sell is excellent.โ
Mr Xi said the merger would benefit both existing clients and prospective buyers.
โWe will be a larger business with more properties to buy and sell, as well as manage and lease out,โ he said.
โTo enhance a business you must look for something that adds value to your business and we believe we have found that by joining together with JXRE,โ said Ms Snell.
โThe new office has a strong background in projects and development, so when we put the two together the business model only improves an all-round experience to the clients.
โTo me that is super-important, and the fact we specialise in property management and the other office specialises in sales provides that service,โ she said.
โHaving initiated this merger three years ago, it is very satisfying to see the two strong teams unite into one superpower. We aim to be the best agency in the Monash area,โ said Mr Xi.
